What the role is
A full-time operations role in Amazon Now, a new Amazon unit building a fast-delivery service in the region. The Operations Executive runs day-to-day operations for one large site or several small ones: hitting customer metrics while keeping costs and safety on target, managing the performance of the team, improving processes, running daily 4M and 5S audits, and standing in for the Area Manager when needed.
Who can apply
UAE nationals only; the restriction is in the job title. The only basic qualification is a high-school diploma, which makes this one of the few Amazon supervisory roles open without a degree. Experience in logistics or operations is preferred, not required.
