How it works
- Send the request. Use the form above or email [email protected] with the job you are applying to.
- We confirm the price and you pay. An editor replies within one working day, confirms the service fits your case, tells you the price and sends the payment link. If we think the service will not help you, we say so and there is nothing to pay.
- You send your documents. By email, as Word, Google Docs or PDF. We read the employer’s official posting first, so the review is against what the employer actually asks for.
- You receive the review. Tracked changes plus a short note on what to fix and why, within the stated turnaround. One follow-up round is included.
What we do not do
- We do not write your CV or cover letter for you. We edit what you wrote.
- We do not submit applications, contact employers on your behalf, or promise an interview or a job offer. Every hiring decision belongs to the employer.
- We do not sell job placements, “guaranteed jobs” or visa services, and we take no fees from employers for putting candidates forward.
- Paying for a service never affects which jobs we list or how we verify them. See our Editorial Policy.
Refunds and privacy
If we have not started the review, you get a full refund on request. Once a review is delivered there is no refund, but you keep the follow-up round. Documents you send are used only for your review, are seen only by the editor working on it, and are deleted from our mailbox 60 days after delivery. Details in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
