What the role is
Etihad Airways’ open cabin crew recruitment for its Abu Dhabi base. Crew handle guest service and in-flight safety on the airline’s network, and Etihad publishes a clear promotion ladder: Economy to Business Class after 12 months, Business to Senior after another 12, and Senior to Manager after 24 more. It is one of the few full-time international jobs in the region that needs no degree.
Who can apply
No nationality restriction is stated. You must be at least 21, at least 163 cm tall, hold a high school certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent), and speak and write English fluently; extra languages help. Visible tattoos or piercings are not allowed in uniform. You must be willing to move to Abu Dhabi.
What you get
Etihad says crew can earn up to AED 10,000 a month including flight-hour and layover pay, but does not publish the base salary. The package includes 30 days in a hotel on arrival, then furnished shared housing, free transport to training and the airport, worldwide medical insurance for you and your family, 30 days’ annual leave, and free annual tickets.
How to apply
Etihad recruits through open days in several cities and a virtual assessment you can register for from the posting. Bring your CV to an event. Etihad never charges candidates; any request for money is a scam.
