What the role is
An operations-side administrative job in Etihad’s government relations team at Zayed International Airport, Abu Dhabi. The team keeps passenger and crew paperwork moving around the clock: processing documents and records, handling transit and emergency visa cases, preparing reports, following up submissions with government entities and answering routine enquiries. It is shift work, which is why the posting stresses accuracy and calm under time pressure.
Who can apply
UAE nationals with a Family Book only. A bachelor’s degree with no experience is enough, which makes this a realistic first job for fresh Emirati graduates; alternatively, a high school certificate plus two years of relevant administrative experience. You need good Arabic and English, solid Microsoft Office skills and the ability to juggle tasks. Prior work in administration, customer service, government liaison or an airport is an advantage, and experience submitting applications to government bodies is preferred.
What you get
A full-time role with the national airline on a published roster: 12-hour shifts, two days and two nights, then four days off. Etihad does not publish salary or allowances on this posting.
