What the role is
An entry route into QatarEnergy LNG for new Qatari graduates in computing. Successful applicants join the National Graduate Development Program (NGDP), a competence-based training framework: each graduate gets an Individual Development Plan with phased progress reviews measured against the competence levels of a target position, so that they become fully qualified professionals in that role. The company links the programme directly to its Qatarization targets. The work location shown is Doha.
Who can apply
Qatari fresh graduates with a degree in computer science or computer engineering. The posting asks for fluent written and spoken English, high proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. It is explicitly a Qatari graduate programme, so non-Qatari applicants are not eligible. No GPA, age limit or graduation year is stated.
What you get
A structured first job with a defined path to a target position inside the LNG operator. Pay and allowances are not printed on the posting.
