What the role is
An early-career HR post at the Arab Monetary Fund, the regional financial institution of the Arab League states, headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The officer helps design, organise and deliver staff training across the Fund: running the annual learning plan, handling training logistics, carrying out training-needs analysis, keeping individual development plans and training records up to date, running workshops, supporting onboarding, and reporting on whether programmes actually work.
Who can apply
The posting itself sets no nationality condition. AMF’s employment page says the Fund aims to attract Arab talent, so Arab applicants fit its stated focus. You need a bachelor’s in HR, business administration, education or a related field, and at least two years in learning and development, training coordination or HR operations. Experience with a learning management system is preferred; a CIPD, ATD or similar certificate helps. This suits an HR or training coordinator ready for an international-institution setting.
What you get
A role inside a regional financial institution in Abu Dhabi. The posting does not publish salary, benefits, visa or relocation terms, so ask the Fund if you are shortlisted.
